Your first subscription box will be shipped to you within 7-10 business days after purchasing. All subsequent subscription boxes will be automatically shipped based on the delivery preference chosen. Prepaid subscriptions do not automatically renew. Discount codes, promotions, and sales are not applicable to subscription purchases.

A repair authorization number must be obtained from our customer service team before sending in your item. Any item sent to us without a repair authorization number will be returned to the sender.
