Orders, Shipping and Returns

Checking Order Status +

• To check the status of your order, log into your account HERE. If you have not created an account, you can use the same email you used to place your order and click HERE.

Discounts and Promotions +

• Adorn512 strives to offer fair market pricing that actively reflects the cost of each piece's materials, design and construction. In addition, we occasionally offer sales and promotional discounts. For early access to our sales and promotions information, signup for our Newsletter and follow us on FacebookInstagram and Tik Tok.

• Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to any order retroactively.

Shipping Policy and Rates +

• Free Shipping on orders $75 and over, shipping to the Contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories.

• Adorn512 is not responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or customs charges.

• All orders ship Monday through Friday using USPS, UPS or FedEx , except during observed US Holidays and during natural disasters that cause delays to shipments.

• Due to the handmade nature of most of our products, our pieces will ship within 7-10 business days of placing your order. If your order is in stock, it will depart within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).

• International recipients are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees due upon acceptance of the package. If the recipient refuses the package and thus returns it to the sender, the original purchaser will be refunded for the cost of their order, less the shipping cost.

Cancelling an Order +

• If you wish to cancel your order, please Contact Us immediately. We will try our best to cancel any order that has not been processed or shipped.

Returns, Exchanges and Repairs +

Returns:

 Full-priced items may be returned for a refund within 30 days. For returns, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment, less any shipping costs, unless store credit is requested.

 Customers are responsible for obtaining return shipping labels for any and all returns. A return authorization number must be obtained from our customer service team before sending in your item. Any item sent to us without a return authorization number will be returned to the sender.

Exchanges:

• Full-priced items may be exchanged within 30 days. For exchanges, a return shipping label will be provided to you free of charge. Please fill out the form below and a representative will contact you with a return shipping label for you to send back your item and facilitate the exchange. 

• Once your return/exchange is received and processed, you will receive a return/exchange email confirmation. This will occur within 2 days of receipt.

• Items returned must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging. Each item is inspected for quality control before shipments and returns are processed. If a returned item appears to be worn or damaged it will be returned to the purchaser.

• Custom or special orders, personalized, engraved, flash sale items, or otherwise altered pieces are final sale and non-returnable.

• If you have an issue with your order or questions about our Return Policy, please Contact Us so that we may better assist you.

Repairs

• Accidents happen! If you break your Adorn512 jewelry, please fill out the form below with a description of the breakage and any photos you may have. A repair authorization number must be obtained from our customer service team before sending in your item. Any item sent to us without a repair authorization number will be returned to the sender.

Our Process +

• Our jewelry is handmade with finely crafted materials. Most jewelry is made-to-order and requires a 7-10 business day lead time before a piece will be shipped. However, we keep some of our best sellers ready for immediate shipping. If you need a piece sooner, please Contact Us.

Do We Offer Custom Designs? +

• We currently offer a selection of Personalized Jewelry that can be hand-stamped and personalized. If you are interested in having an existing design altered or a custom piece designed, please Contact Us for more information.

Do We Offer Wedding or Bridal Jewelry? +

• We offer a versatile selection of bridal jewelry, including 14k gold jewelry, modern wedding bands and simply sweet gifts for your bridal party, like our Morse Code Collection. Please Contact Us for information about custom designs.

What Materials Do We Use to Make Our Jewelry? +

• Our jewelry is made from 14K gold, 14k gold filled, 14k rose gold filled, sterling silver, gunmetal (oxidized sterling silver), 14k gold plated over brass, 14k rose gold plated over brass, and sterling silver plated over brass. Our hair accessories are made of jeweler’s brass. If you would like to order a piece in a metal not offered, please Contact Us

• We use a variety of stones, including Diamonds, Blue Topaz, Turquoise, Labradorite, Chalcedony, Amazonite, Chrysoprase, simulated Opal and other colored Cubic Zirconia stones. Please see individual items for more information.

• The ring size guide may be used as reference to convert an existing sizing or to measure and calculate your approximate ring size. Please note that this guide is not exact and that you may find variation in sizes from one jewelry craftsman or company to the next.

• To measure your finger, use a thick length of string or twine and wrap it snuggly around the largest part of your finger, marking both ends. Line the strip up against a metric ruler and compare to the chart above to locate the closets size to your finger. If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Jewelry Care, Cleaning & Storage

Daily Wear Recommendations +

• If you wear your jewelry daily, we recommend removing it while bathing, washing hands, applying lotions, perfumes or otherwise coming into contact with liquids (such as swimming or sweating).

Cleaning Your Jewelry +

• A soft, dry cloth is most suitable for removing dirt, debris and light tarnishing from our pieces. If your jewelry needs polishing or begins to dull or tarnish, it can get back to its shiny self! We loveSunshine Polishing Cloths, an old toothbrush with toothpaste, or a brass brush with dawn liquid soap and warm water works well, too! 

Storing Your Jewelry +

• Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place. Most of our metals benefit from being stored in a sealed plastic bag to prevent oxidation.

Oxidation & Tarnishing +

• Precious metals are vulnerable to oxidation. Most gold contains alloys to harden and stabilize the metal, and those alloys may oxidize over time. Regular cleaning with a soft, dry cloth will help to minimize the oxidation of your gold or silver pieces. See above for our storage and daily wear recommendations for preventative tips.
