We believe in fair pricing based on the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. But we love a good deal, so we run sales and promos from time to time! Want early access? Sign up for our Newsletter and follow us on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Discounts can’t be applied retroactively - so make sure to use them at checkout.

• Free Shipping on all U.S. orders $75+ (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories).

• All orders ship Monday through Friday using USPS, UPS or FedEx, except during observed US Holidays and during natural disasters that cause delays to shipments.

• Due to the handmade nature of most of our products, our pieces will ship within 7-10 business days of placing your order. If your order is in stock, it will depart within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).

• Adorn512 is not responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or customs charges.

Shipping Rates - International Shipping

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.

• If you refuse a package and it gets returned to us, we’ll refund your order minus the shipping cost.

Changed your mind? Reach out ASAP. We’ll try our best to cancel it before it ships.

Returns:

• Full-priced items may be returned for a refund within 30 days. Refunds go back to your original payment method (minus shipping) unless you’d rather have store credit.

• Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping for all returns. Before sending your item back, you must request a return authorization number from our customer service team - packages sent without one will be returned to the sender.

To start your return, simply fill out the form below, and we’ll send you detailed instructions on what to do next!

Exchanges:

• Full-priced items may be exchanged within 30 days. For exchanges, a return shipping label will be provided to you free of charge. Please fill out the form below and we’ll be in touch with a return shipping label for you to facilitate the exchange. 

• Your exchange will be processed within 2 days of us receiving your item.

• Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging. Worn/damaged returns will be sent back to you.
• Custom, engraved, flash sale, and personalized items are final sale and can’t be returned.

Repairs

• Oops - accidents happen! If your Adorn512 jewelry needs a little TLC, we’re happy to help. Just fill out the form below with a brief description of the damage and any photos you have.

Before sending your item in, be sure to get a repair authorization number from our customer service team - items sent without one will be returned to the sender. We’ll take it from there and do our best to bring your piece back to life!

Our Jewelry

Our pieces are handmade with high-quality materials and attention to detail. Most of our jewelry is made-to-order, so it takes 7–10 business days before shipping. Some bestsellers are ready-to-ship for the impatient (we see you).

We currently offer a selection of Personalized Jewelry that can be hand-stamped and personalized.

We offer a versatile selection of bridal jewelry, including 14k gold jewelry, modern wedding bands and simply sweet gifts for your bridal party, like our Morse Code Collection.

• Metals: 14K gold, 14k gold filled, 14k rose gold filled, sterling silver, gunmetal (oxidized sterling silver), 14k gold plated over brass, 14k rose gold plated over brass, and sterling silver plated over brass. 

• Stones: Diamonds, Blue Topaz, Turquoise, Labradorite, Chalcedony, Amazonite, Chrysoprase, simulated Opal and other colored Cubic Zirconia stones.

Jewelry Care, Cleaning & Storage

If you wear your jewelry daily, we recommend removing it while bathing, washing hands, applying lotions, perfumes or otherwise coming into contact with liquids (such as swimming or sweating).

All jewelry deserves a little love, but don’t worry - it’s pretty low-maintenance. Here’s how to keep your pieces looking their best:

• Solid Gold: The easiest of them all! Solid gold loves a simple warm, soapy water bath and a soft cloth to dry. A polishing cloth can add extra shine if needed, but otherwise, wear and enjoy - this one’s built to last.

• Gold Filled: Low maintenance and long-lasting! Clean with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. If it needs a little extra love, a polishing cloth works great.

• Gold Plated: A little more delicate, so treat it kindly. Avoid excessive sweating, showering, or swimming with it - gold plating prefers to stay dry. When needed, gently wipe with a soft cloth (no rough scrubbing, please!)

• Sterling Silver: Unlike gold, silver can oxidize when exposed to air, so it needs a little extra care. A quick polish with a silver cloth keeps it bright. Since sterling is a softer metal, be gentle to avoid bending or snagging. Storing it in an anti-tarnish pouch when not in use can also help!

Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place. Most of our metals benefit from being stored in a sealed plastic bag to prevent oxidation.
